In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. The buenasph platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. buenasph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not met.
2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction. buenasph primarily serves players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the buenasph platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. buenasph does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) active buenasph account. Creating multiple accounts โ whether under the same or different identities โ is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. buenasph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You must not share your username or password with any third party. buenasph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.1 Mandatory Verification. buenasph is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals and certain account actions. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include: SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, passport, UMID, and Postal ID.
3.2 Verification Timeline. buenasph will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals may be held pending successful verification. buenasph reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient.
3.3 Consequences of Failed Verification. If a Member fails to complete KYC verification within the required period, or if submitted documents are found to be fraudulent or invalid, buenasph reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by law.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. buenasph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted for deposits. buenasph does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind, nor credit card deposits for gambling purposes.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on buenasph are conducted in Philippine Peso (โฑ). Minimum deposit is โฑ100. Minimum withdrawal is โฑ200.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your buenasph account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff. buenasph does not charge withdrawal fees on its end; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. buenasph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger fraud detection protocols.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. buenasph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with applicable regulations, after providing reasonable notice to the Member's registered contact details.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by buenasph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. buenasph reserves the right to modify wagering requirements for future promotions with reasonable notice.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. buenasph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit promotions, and coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any Member found engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.
5.4 Promotion Availability. buenasph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible Members only and may be subject to geographic, game-type, or time-based restrictions.
6.1 Certified RNG. All non-live casino games on buenasph use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. buenasph does not manipulate game results.
6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in real time. buenasph is not responsible for technical interruptions to live streams caused by factors outside its control.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, buenasph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Member's account. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game are not valid and will not be paid out.
6.4 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on buenasph: use of automated software, bots, or scripts; collusion with other players; exploitation of software bugs or errors; any form of cheating or fraudulent play. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. buenasph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Members. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help Members manage their gaming activity.
7.2 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting buenasph customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted.
7.3 Age Restriction Enforcement. buenasph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any deposits returned, less any amounts already wagered.

8.1 Ownership. 9.2 Exclusion of Warranties. The buenasph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 9.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, buenasph's total liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Indirect Losses. buenasph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
10.1 Compliance Obligation. buenasph is committed to full compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. buenasph will not knowingly facilitate transactions that constitute or are connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
10.2 Suspicious Activity Reporting. buenasph monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. Where required by law, buenasph will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
10.3 Source of Funds. buenasph reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited into a Member's account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
11.1 buenasph's Right to Suspend. buenasph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if buenasph reasonably believes that the Member has: violated any provision of these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; provided false information during registration or KYC; or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Members.
11.2 Member-Initiated Closure. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting buenasph customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, the Member's license to use the buenasph platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination โ including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions โ shall continue to apply.

13.1 Right to Amend. buenasph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the buenasph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the buenasph platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through buenasph's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
14.3 Regulatory Complaints. Members who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by buenasph may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or other applicable Philippine regulatory authorities.
